What are your fees?

Fees vary depending on the type of service you need as well as the level of talent and expertise you require.  Fees may be quoted on an hourly rate, project rate, fixed cost or contingency percentage fee basis.  We will be happy to quote fees once we gain an understanding of your recruiting needs.

I need a contract, temporary professional. How long will it take to fill my requirement?

The timeframe for successfully finding an employee for you is going to vary based on the experience level, skills and complexity of your requirement. As soon as we confirm your requirement details, we immediately start reviewing our portfolio of candidates and begin our recruiting and screening process.  With many positions, we will submit consultant candidate resumes to you with 24 hours. We are committed to sending only the most qualified applicants and will not sacrifice quality. We always offer you the opportunity to interview our consultant candidates. Start dates are carefully coordinated among all parties.

What kind of background checks do you provide?

We perform reference checks for any candidate you are interested in pursuing to hire or engage. We will perform background checks and drug screens upon client request only.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by IMC Solutions?

While this does not happen often, we do realize that not every job is a fit for every person, and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. Our contract-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see our consultant in the work setting and determine if he or she is a good fit for permanent hire. If you are not satisfied with our consultant, we will replace him/her and offer a discount on the replacement consultant’s hours. For direct hire placements, we offer a 100% refund or replacement guarantee.

Why should I use your service instead of filling the position on my own?

We are expert recruiters, and we love what we do.  Recruiting, screening and qualifying great candidates is what we do every day, so we’re quite efficient at it. Unless consistent recruiting and hiring is a part of your job, you probably don’t have much time to devote to those activities, on top of your regular duties. We save you time by doing the sourcing and screening so you can interview only the best.
